Prawns
Tempeh -cut in small blocks
Kangkung (water spinach)
Tahu (bean curd, tofu) cubed
Cabe merah (Red chilli)
Kemiri (candlenuts)
Terasi (Shrimp paste)
Gula jawa (Red palm sugar)
Lengkuas (Laos, galangal)
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Daun Salam (Bay leaf)
Santan
Preparation:
Peel and clean the prawns
Grind the Cabe, onion, kemiri, terasi, garlic, gula jawa and salt
Fry the paste until fragrant. Add the prawns and mix together.
Add the kangkung, tahu and tempeh
Add the santan, daun salam, and lengkuas
Cook together until thick in consistency
