Ingredients:

Taoge (bean sprouts)
Tahu (tofu)
Garlic
Onion
Water chestnuts, sliced
Crab Meat (Or small prawns)
Chicken Mince
Spring Onions
Bamboo Shoots
Water Chestnuts
Celery
Spring roll skins
Salt and Pepper

Preparation:

1. Lightly fry tahu which has been diced into real small pieces.
2. Cut all vegetables into small julienne strips. Stir fry all ingredients and add seasoning to taste. 3. Drain and cool filling.
4. Fill spring roll skins and roll pasting close with a mixture of corn flour and water. Deep Fry until golden brown and crisp.
Serve with sambal lumpia
