Ingredients:
Taoge (beansprouts)
Tahu (beancurd, tofu)
Garlic
Green Apples
Cucumber
Cabbage
Pineapple
Peanuts
Chilies
White Sugar
Vinegar
Preparation:
1. Cut all vegetables into cubes or shreds
2. Lightly fry tahu
3. Fry the peanuts and grind roughly
4. Grind the chilies and garlic fine.
5. Add Sugar and Vinegar and water.
6. Add all the vegetables, tahu and ground peanuts and mix. Leave to stand for at least a couple of hours
